dBenefits works directly with your insurers and benefits providers. If they send electronic bills and statements, we post them immediately in the dBenefits Document Center. If they send paper, we have them mailed to one of the dBenefits Processing Centers across the United States, where they are scanned and converted into electronic images for you to review online the day they are received.
